Cancellation policy

- Your cancellation request must be made by email to at least 7 days before your arrival date.
- Up to 7 days before your arrival, your deposit can be fully deferred for a future stay within the year or N+1, or refunded less a €55 cancellation fee for a reservation made online, OR refunded less a €55 cancellation fee for a direct reservation.

No refunds or postponements will be made in the following cases:
- No-show for the first night without a written or new request from the guest will automatically result in the cancellation of the entire stay without refund.
- Late cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date.
- Early departure for a reservation made online.

Reservations, regardless of their origin, will be payable in euros only.
Promotional offers are non-refundable.
